Professional, ethical and definitely on time! Caiphus and team were the 3rd team to come look at our pool since we moved in 2024. Caiphus did magic with my pool! It was soiled with sand after landscaping work was done during a storm. I don't know what they did but within 2 visits, my pool as sparkling again. Service was excellent too.

Had a issue with pump sucking air, and was fearing that all pipes needed to be dug up. These guys came at, on time as per appointment, and quickly, established the problem at the weir, fixed in no time, neat job. They also pointed out to me that the multiport valve was faulty, thus sending water to the backwash, while filtering. Due to sufficient pressure now, other leaks appeared, and they came out on public holiday to get that fixed. I had no problems with them getting back to me. I would recommend them for sure.
